Fee Schedule:

If you should have to voluntarily remove your student from Crescent City Christian School, tuition will be refunded on a pro rata basis.  However, if your student is dismissed from Crescent City Christian School for academic or disciplinary reasons, tuition monies paid will not be refunded.  Tuition may be paid in full or through the F.A.C.T.S. tuition management program (see below).

There is a limited amount of financial aid available to help families who desire a Christian education for their children but honestly cannot afford it.  These funds are usually assigned by mid-May.  This requires registration and completion of a financial aid application which includes a copy of the applicant’s latest 1040 form.  All information is highly confidential and awards are need-based.  Financial aid forms can be requested from the school office.

No student will be given transfer credits to another school or be allowed to graduate until all accounts are paid in full.  Periodically during the year, students’ report cards will be withheld if accounts are in arrears.  Past due accounts must be settled prior to registration for the new school year.

Tuition Payment Program (F.A.C.T.S.):

Crescent City Christian School uses a tuition management service for monthly tuition payments. The F.A.C.T.S. tuition management company charges a one time $41.00 set-up fee which is in addition to any tuition and fees charged by Crescent City Christian School. Tuition payments and fees will be automatically deducted from your checking account.

Returned Checks:

All checks or F.A.C.T.S. payments that are returned because of insufficient funds will automatically be re-deposited one time. If the check is returned a second time, the issuer will be asked to redeem the returned check with either cash or a money order. Checks or drafts returned by the bank are subject to the late fee plus a $20 charge to cover reprocessing. The tuition due date will remain in effect. Habitual abuse of this policy will necessitate a conference with the administrator and possible withdrawal from the school.
